Be responsible for the successful acquisition of new business and maintain a healthy pipeline. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing six and seven-figure enterprise deals. Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions that drive real results. Help shape the commercial strategy of a high-growth SaaS business in a booming sector. Experience: 3–8 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a growth-stage environment. A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Experience in energy, renewables, or trading is a big plus. Strong communicator with a consultative approach and sharp commercial instincts. Resilient, curious, and motivated by purpose-driven work. CRM-savvy and confident managing a technical sales pipeline.
